will AI kill truth?
Many videos, conspiracies and facts are blending into AI and this will paralyse trust between information from us as citizens and let media alone control truth even if this truth is made by AI. I may be wrong but if this future is real. What can happen under AI cloth? I believe alien and scientific lies can cover up for example: drug side effects; geopolitical tensions; government decisions and others. How can we mitigate that?

It already did. You might be able to differentiate between AI and non-AI images/videos but the average person can't. AI-generated video is already showing up as "evidence" in courts (https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/tech-news/ ... rcna235976)

Ofc, just 2 years ago, most generated AI videos were garbage but now it's getting way better and this is just the normal ones that can be generated by anybody. Imagine after 2 years, for example, how it will be.
However, even if the whole internet is flooded with garbage contents that blur between what is fake and real, there will still be minority that will figure out what's real or not and will probably warn others, hopefully.

In order to say AI will kill truth is to discuss the AI problem.
You see the problem with Artificial Intelligence is the fact that It can generate a whole bunch of content.
Though usually the process can take slowly depending on the model and what type of content.
If its text content it can easily be flooded. Which is why you can have something that would make sure
that text can be reviewed before it is sent as well as Information that isn't so easily spammed by bots or
content. Though as you can tell usually when it comes to bot mitigations. Some websites usually tend to
add JS or Javascript onto their website to mitigate those bots. Take Invidious for example which is a
Youtube Alternative backend and those are just normal bots not AI.
The thing is with truth you would likely usually have to dig nowadays because it can be flooded.
Though I wouldn't say truth wouldn't exist. It's just our culture that is flawwed. And it has been flawwed
for decades if you take America and the UK for example. But we also see some ways websites change in ways to
make it easier. But also AI detection algorithms and training is also another practice.
I'm not saying it isn't going to be impossible. Just for the average individual, it's definitely going to get
harder. Are we going to have a period of silence because of financial struggling? Well that depends.
The silent period they could call it. Were we break due to our own greed and hubris. Or we don't and
people just start getting pushed more and more into what we can call slavery.

we cling on to our own defeatism like we are consuming shit laced truffles. We create a bubble inside
