Best youtube comment I've ever seen

charlesmiller7433 wrote:We are living through the largest social experiment in human history - the complete atomization of human beings - and it's killing us faster than any war, plague, or natural disaster ever could. For 200,000 years, humans usually lived in groups of 150 people or less, where every person knew every other person on a meaningful level, where raising children was a community effort, where emotional support was automatic, where belonging was guaranteed by birth, where your survival and everyone else's survival were completely interdependent. Then in the span of about 200 years - a fucking BLINK in evolutionary terms - we demolished that entire structure and replaced it with... nothing. Nothing except the promise that rugged individualism and consumer capitalism would somehow fulfill the same emotional and social needs that took millennia to evolve.

And now we're all sitting here like confused lab rats pushing buttons that used to give us reliable dopamine hits but now give us electric shocks, wondering why we're so miserable. We've created a world where the most basic human need - belonging to a group that gives a shit whether you live or die - has been turned into a luxury commodity that most people can't afford. We've made community into a hobby, family into a choice you can opt out of, and child-rearing into a terrifying individual responsibility that bankrupts you both financially and emotionally.

The loneliness epidemic is a completely predictable outcome of destroying the social structures that made human emotional regulation possible in the first place. We've normalized a level of social isolation that would have been literally impossible for 99.9% of human existence.

And instead of admitting we've created a fundamentally inhuman social system, we've decided the problem is individual pathology. Oh, you're lonely? That's a you problem. Go to therapy. Take antidepressants. Join a hobby group. Download a dating app. As if loneliness is a personal failing that can be solved through better consumer choices, rather than the inevitable result of living in a society that has systematically destroyed almost every mechanism humans evolved to create lasting social bonds.

The dating apps, the hobby groups, the therapy, the self-help books - those are band-aids on a severed artery. And the most insidious part is that the people who got lucky - who inherited social connections, who luckily found their tribes before their emotional systems started to collapse, who managed to create families before the economic and social costs became prohibitive - these people look at the growing population of isolated, despairing individuals and think it's a moral failing. They think the lonely people just need to try harder, be more positive, put themselves out there more. They can't see that they're survivors of a social apocalypse telling the casualties to just walk it off.

We are watching the real-time collapse of human social organization, and instead of treating it like the civilizational emergency it is, we're treating it like a market opportunity. Loneliness? There's an app for that. Social isolation? Here's a subscription service. Community breakdown? Try this new networking platform. We've turned the destruction of human social bonds into a fucking business model that doesn't appear to be solving shit.

The people who are too emotionally intelligent to accept shallow substitutes for real connection, who are too authentic to perform the social theater that keeps the system running are the canaries in the societal coal mine. They're the early warning system telling us that we've created a way of life that is dissolving the human spirit. But instead of listening to them, we pathologize them, medicate them, or ignore them completely.

This isn't sustainable. A species cannot survive the complete destruction of its social bonding mechanisms.

I distrust these kind of comments for the simple reason they don't make any sense.
They think the lonely people just need to try harder, be more positive, put themselves out there more.
-I will assume online relations don't count here.
-I will also assume the guy is atheist and not willing to join any religion and become part of that religious community (which in case of Islam, is an actual brotherhood relation, I could talk to anyone in the mosque anywhere in the world as if he is my brother).
-I will also assume that temporary groups like university class/club, gym club, local charity club, or the relation you have with your berber doesn't count.
-I will assume that assuming you are married, your wife is just a gold digger and doesn't actually care about you.
-I will assume your neighbores don't even know your name.
-I will assume you don't do gaming, nor have an account in a gaming platform, nor you have some group list you join gaming session together.
-I will assume if you had a job, that co-workers are just NPCs to you.

With all this assumptions, my solution is: seek medical attention, you are crazy.
who inherited social connections, who luckily found their tribes before their emotional systems started to collapse, who managed to create families before the economic and social costs became prohibitive
I checked real quick, it appears for 310$ you could come to a country like Algeria (my country) and live here without whatever garbage western system exists there.

But everyone I suggested this easy solution to, simply didn't consider it, because they aren't seriously willing to fix the issue.

True, I am putting my hopes that's how the west will end, as soon as a simple nation wide crisis happen, and with lack of social bounds, they will EAT EACH OTHER.
From looking at his channel he seems to be Christian.

Neighbors and co-workers are exactly apart of the fake relations that don't fix the situation. Any neighbor can leave from your apartment block or district etc. at any time. Co-workers are eager to stab you in the back to get a promotion and so on.

So the church communities is an option, the chruch "father" would act like a "father" lol, to you and be supportive.

(I recall stories of Imams being SUPER supportive, in one instance, an Imam sold his car to give money to his students, it wasn't enough so he called someone and gave more money, in another instance, the same Imam, called a country prince, to call a country leader, so he forgive some people that were going to have capital punishment.)

The church people are your "brothers in hell" so you get to have a real relation, right?

if Neighbores are fake because they can leave at any moment, then any human is fake, because he can die at any moment, what kind of logic is this?

Also I am yet to hear about promotion by back stabing (must be a trash company to have such system), but assuming you got back stabbed, its most likely you deserve it, you can't be back stabbed if you didn't do wrong, escaping early? not doing your job? breaking something without reporting? you deserve it.

and rather then cry about co-workers reporting THE EVIL you have done, have some self-respect and accept what you deserve.
You can be backstabbed for all kinds of bullshit, man you should know about this, if you dealt with people. How many people suffered because someone just made something up? How many people ended up in prison for...even nothing?

The point of the youtube comment was the lack of *lasting* human relations, not just any. So yes the neighbors coming and going matters. In a village or tribe, it doesn't work like this.
