But, any reserve soldier or even a non-soldier with an occupation that could help in the army (mechanics, etc) can RIGHT NOW receive a card in his mail that assigns him to one of three categories:

- Red: in case of mobilization you must immediately join the army.
- Green: in case of mobilization you must join the army, but only if you receive some other document (I don't get this but whatever)
- Blue: this is for civilians who have occupations that could be useful for the army, I think it works the same as red but for people other than soldiers.

It is very obvious that they are (assuming? wishing? manipulating for?) a war with Russia being near.

I looked this guy up and predictably he's from a rich family, doesn't seem to have ever had a real (by that meaning demanding and / or actually useful to society) job and even had a NANNY!!! raise his own kids.
