Some strange idea for solving lack of infrastructure problem

Can we chipping in to buy a land from some relatively poor or economically unstable country? This would partially solve our 'lack of privacy-respecting country' problem. In order to ensure the whole community agrees we can use multisig. Also notify other anon communities about the idea so they could participate.
If succeeds, some part of anons can move there, build infrastructure and improve economy. When time comes almost all of the anons will move into our land and do something useful.

Cool idea, however it requires a degree of high trust beyond what cryptography is able to produce.
You don't know if any of prospective neighbors have compatible attitudes. Yes they profess this or that online, but what about irl??
Probably proposing all members go to a con (ie linuxcon, defcon, something along those lines) would be a more suitable first step.
The biggest issue with your idea is no one actually knows each other.
