i strictly require outgoing/incoming sms and calls and at least incoming mms (outgoing is not necessary). Buying prepaid phones without showing id is not a thing here.

jmp.chat has only US/Canada numbers, affilliated soprani.ca projects would require me to cuck to twilio/vonage (if the sign-up process and data collection is anything like voip.ms then it renders the entire process pointless) and doesnt have everything i need anyway . "anonymous" sim/esim providers are useless to me because im going to be using the phone at home/work so my phone would get quickly identified and tied back to me anyway

What are you looking to achieve by getting a phone number "anonymously"?

There is no way to use a cellphone anonymously, even if it is an ancient one that has no WiFi/GPS. Your location is triangulated at all times using your phones proximity to the cell tower, and unless you will be carrying it inside a Faraday bag at all times and using away from your home or workplace, your identity will be inferred to near 100% accuracy using only those data points.

that's why i specified that im not interested in sim/esim providers but rather a voip solution like jmp.chat

There’s essentially no rival to jmp.chat in the private VoIP space. While I’m not familiar with European telecom regulations, it might be possible for someone to create a jmp.chat clone for EU customers.
