The original movie was released in 2005, the second part in 2008, the third one in 2012, and "Penguins of Madagascar" in 2014. They were wildly popular back in the day, but I only recently have watched them all.

I liked them, especially the scene where Skipper smashed the airplane's fuel meter light bulb in Madagascar 2, thinking it would solve the problem, and the car chase and fireworks scenes in Madagascar 3.

The movies might contain MK Ultra mind control stuff, but I haven't found it yet.

I was a big fan when I was a kid. I remember I was fascinated by the scene in Madagascar 2 where the penguins hijack the safari jeep, especially when "More Than a Feeling" comes on. Pretty ridiculous.

It probably does contain MK Ultra stuff, considering how massively popular it was and how big the media promotion was.
