The court ruled that "it is irrelevant whether or not the broadcasting of the prohibited content takes place in the course of an economic activity", and that the prohibition depends "neither on the extent nor on the duration of the broadcasting." Therefore, those distributing any RT materials bear full responsibility in Europe.

It's to prevent "disinformation" especially from "certain third countries" that perform "foreign information manipulation and interference". Hmm, I wonder what those countries could be? Nepal maybe? Thailand? Equatorial Guinea? Sorry I'm running blank, but it's surely not the big bad Russia. When the EU says they want journalism to be produced "independently" and ensure "quality information", it's a cover for keeping Russia out of it. So yeah, just like you need to be sucking Zelensky's dick to get into politics - as someone has already learned - and another someone (archive) (MozArchive) is about to follow him - soon you'll need to be doing the same to get into the media. Which I strongly suspect will also include personal sites. At least that's the EU psycho dream; they might still not have the resources to follow up on everyone, but picking and choosing particularly important targets will still be a possibility. And as usual, this is yet another law that's been prepared without input from the plebeians, in order to prevent them from realizing how vile and nonsensical Zelensky's propaganda is, while pretending to have noble aims.

This is assuming you have weak brain that gets "brainwashed" with every it sees, like imagine you have opinion A, you open TV and boom you switch opinion because who cares about critical thinking.
