New comically obvious election fraud in LA

Of course we all know that the democratic process is a sham but it's interesting to see just how brazen this one is. I guess after the 2020 US elections they feel like they can get away with this kind of African-tier election fraud (and they're probably right).
"A woman [Nithya Raman] with absolutely zero following, no groundswell of support, and no name ID absolutely killed it in mail-in voting in Los Angeles."

According to the comments in the tweet:
1-Her opponent was repablican (i.e no chance)
2-She was known before this
Without further information I can't really tell if its a fraud or not, and I don't really care because I don't believe america has democrasy in first place.
The US gov is smart enough to keep trolling people by claiming they have a word in this (illusion of choice) to skip any french revolution V2.
Also having a woman as a ruler would yield bad outcome [1][2].

Yes, election fraud has been happening for many years in many countries. Dead people have on occasion risen from the grave to cast the vote and then went back to the grave in some countries. In these times I am surprised that postal votes are still allowed.
