gmos are scary

Editing a simple bacteria that lives in our bodies and through unnatural genes in crops is a bizarre thing. I obviously distrust this gene manipulation. Does anyone have information beyond that? I know there is a book and I will read it when I get the chance. The book is the one on the blog!
