Interesting, might be that then.IIRC, There was another politician, probably algerian one, that looked like wearing mask (in sense that dark area at the bottom of this neck is visible)
which makes me thing this isn't a mask but simply some lighting effect.
As I said the guy is a real admiral of the US Navy who has previously appeared in news interviews (see e.g. this one for comparison https://inv.nadeko.net/embed/EzL09vnmXF4?t=146). If they used a face mask it means that either: 1. the guy is dead (or otherwise unavailable for them) but they want to pretend like he's there 2. he was never real to begin with and his other appearances were faked tooAlso assuming its a mask, whats the significance of this anyway?
