disk imaging and backups

Do you backup your systems, either Operating systems or other partitions, if so what do you use.

I was using Macrium Reflect Technician USB, but have recently started looking at Clonezilla.

Give some recommendations on your favorite software.
Is it fast, does it compress well? etc...

Probably not the most efficient. But works everywhere. dd can also be used.
